Customer Reviews
Detailed Grow Tent Kit experience
I recently purchased the Vivosun Grow Tent Kit. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, easy to navigate. Shipping took exactly 5 business days to reach my address in Denver, which was within the estimated timeframe. The kit arrived in two separate boxes, both discreetly packaged. Assembly of the tent was quite simple, the poles snapped together securely, and the fabric felt durable and light-proof. The included VS1000 LED light is bright and has a good coverage area for the tent size. The Inline Duct Fan and Carbon Filter were also easy to install and operate quietly, which was a pleasant surprise. Customer support answered a question I had about the timer settings within a few hours via email. So far, the quality seems very good for the price point and it's functioning as expected, providing a stable environment for my plants.
Good tent, minor issue
I bought a 4x4 Grow Tent from Vivosun. The quality of the tent itself is solid, zippers feel durable and it holds humidity well. Delivery to Texas took about a week, which was reasonable. My only minor gripe was that one of the pole connectors had a tiny bit of plastic flash that I had to trim off to make it fit perfectly, but it was an easy fix. The VS2000 LED light included in the bundle is powerful and my plants are responding well. Overall, a good purchase and decent value, just wish that one piece was perfect out of the box.
Great value on accessories
I was looking for some good deals on garden accessories and found Vivosun. I picked up a set of Pruning Shears and a PH Meter. The price for both was really competitive, especially with the free shipping over $59. I compared them to other brands and felt I got more for my money here. Everything arrived in about a week. The shears are sharp and the PH meter seems accurate. Felt like a smart buy.
Got a grow tent, it's good
So I ordered one of their Grow Tents, the 2x2 one. It came pretty quick, maybe 6 days to my place in Florida. Set it up myself, wasn't too bad, directions were clear enough. Everything seems sturdy, zippers work fine. Overall, happy with it, seemed like a good deal.
Reliable gear, as always
This was my fourth order from Vivosun, picked up a new Inline Duct Fan. Just like my previous Grow Tent Kit, it arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The fan works perfectly, really moves a lot of air. It's good to know I can count on their quality and service every time I shop there. Always a solid choice.
My new favorite store!
I just got the VS1000 LED and it's absolutely fantastic! The plants are thriving like never before. Shipping was super fast, got it in about 4 days to California. I'm telling all my friends about Vivosun and I'll definitely be back for more stuff soon!

Anyone know if their grow tents are actually light-proof? Don't want any leaks messing up my plant cycle.
How are their return policies? What if I get a light and it's not working right, or I just decide I don't need it?
Thinking about getting the VS4000 LED, but also looking at something from Mars Hydro. How do the Vivosun lights compare, especially for flowering?
I'm just starting out, totally new to indoor growing. Is Vivosun a good brand for beginners, or should I look at something simpler?
Hey, I'm thinking about getting a grow tent kit, maybe a VS1000. How long does shipping usually take to, say, California?
